Job description

  • Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions using Energy & Utility Cloud and Experience Cloud.
  • Define solution architecture, data models, integration patterns, and technical standards.
  • Lead integrations with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
  • Provide technical leadership for Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce Flow.
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Establish governance for security, release management, CI/CD, and platform performance.
  • Mentor developers, conduct architecture and code reviews, and create technical documentation.
  • Support projects from planning through deployment and post-production stabilization.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Salesforce experience.
  • 6+ years of hands-on software development and systems integration experience.
  • 6+ years in Salesforce Solution Architecture or Technical Leadership.
  • Strong experience with the Salesforce Platform.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Energy & Utility Cloud and Experience Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, Salesforce Flow, REST/SOAP APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Experience with middleware such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica.
  • Experience with CI/CD, Git, release management, security, and performance optimization.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect Certification
  • Salesforce Integration Architecture Designer
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I or II
  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) - Preferred
  • Copado DevOps
  • Agentforce
  • Salesforce Energy Cloud
  • Experience Cloud (Community Cloud)
