Senior UX Designer (Hybrid MA or San Diego CA)

Insulet is seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead the user experience for Omnipod.com, creating engaging digital experiences for both people living with diabetes and healthcare professionals. This hands-on role is ideal for a designer with exceptional web UX expertise who can blend brand, content, marketing, and product experiences into seamless customer journeys. You’ll partner across marketing, product, engineering, and content teams to deliver intuitive, human-centered experiences that drive engagement and conversion., * Lead UX design for Omnipod.com and key customer-facing web experiences.

• Design intuitive journeys that serve both people living with diabetes and healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with brand, marketing, content, product, engineering, and commercial teams.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that balance user needs with business goals.
• Contribute to design systems, CMS-driven experiences, and UX best practices.
• Use customer insights and accessibility standards to inform design decisions.
• Present design solutions and partner with stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of UX or Product Design experience creating customer-facing digital experiences.
• Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional web UX and end-to-end user journeys.
• Experience designing for multiple audiences and collaborating across cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with design systems, CMS platforms, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Healthcare, medical device, or regulated industry experience is a plus.
