Junior IT Operations/Reporting...

We are seeking a Junior IT Administrator / Reporting Analyst to join our team supporting the ITGPST Technology Health function. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in MS Excel, reporting, and data tracking and a proven ability to coordinate remediation activities, manage ERP tracking, and communicate status to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Support reporting, tracking, and data gathering for ITGPST Technology Health processes.

Assist with ERP tracking and coordination with SLT teams to drive remediation progress.

Track CTI ERPs and analyze potential impacts to ITGPST metrics when ERPs approach expiration.

Support SPI metric tracking and compile breach metric commentary.

Run scheduled and ad hoc reports; perform follow-ups via calls and emails to stakeholders.

Maintain organized records of vulnerabilities, ERPs, and remediation milestones.

Advanced MS Excel skills for reporting and data analysis.

Strong written communication skills for summaries and stakeholder updates.

Moderate data analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Organized, able to multitask, and manage follow-ups in a hybrid environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience tracking or remediating security vulnerabilities across applications and infrastructure.

Familiarity with ERP processes, SPI metrics, and breach metric commentary.
