AI / LLM Engineer

We’re partnering with an exceptionally well-funded AI startup in Munich that is building the next generation of AI-powered enterprise software.

This is an opportunity to join a small, high-calibre engineering team where you’ll have direct influence on the product, architecture and technical direction from an early stage.

What you’ll be building

• Production-grade LLM applications
• AI Agents & Agentic Workflows
• RAG systems
• AI-powered product features used by real customers
• Scalable backend services and APIs
• AI infrastructure from prototype through production

• Strong Python engineering experience
• Hands-on experience building production AI systems using LLMs

Experience with technologies such as:

• RAG
• LangChain / LangGraph
• MCP
• OpenAI / Anthropic APIs
• Vector databases
• FastAPI
• Docker
• Kubernetes
• AWS / Azure / GCP

Bonus points for:

• Startup or Founding Engineer experience
• Building AI products from 0*1
• Strong software engineering fundamentals
• Experience taking AI products into production

Salary between €80,000-€120,000
