Access Management Manager

The Access Management Manager will lead a team that defines policy and delivers capabilities to empower the bank to better control access to its data, systems, and infrastructure. The initiative consists of hardening access controls to our production environment and may require updates to existing configurations or design of new access configurations.

In this role, you will understand current state and influence design decisions. As an Access Management Manager, you must meet the demands of working across multiple workstreams and communicate with senior technology and business leadership. Organizing evidence of compliance and producing documentation will also be key to this role. You may also be responsible for tight coordination with the infrastructure technology organization.

• Previous experience with attribute and role-based access controls
• Understanding of the principles of privileged and production access
• Strong discipline regarding enforcement of access management core principles
• Comfort with both UNIX/Linux and Windows environments
• Attention to detail, confident enough to raise questions when necessary
• Strong leadership skills and qualities which enable you to network, lead within the organization and influence
• Experience deploying large-scale, global projects and programs
• Familiarity with IT security and risk management practices
• Understanding of financial services regulatory and legal environment
• Ability to clearly communicate technical and business issues and solutions effectively to business or technical staff across organizational layers
• Good interpersonal and influencing skills
• Excellent organizational skills, able to handle multiple workstreams at a time and respond to rapidly changing demands
• Typically 5-8 years of IT / Mainframe Security experience. Maintain the MPSS (Mainframe Platform Security & Strategy) ARM forms
