• Assign resources to production and development programs as needed.
• Develop and manage the systems engineering team through training, assignments, and mentoring.
• Support research and development activities by participating in design reviews.
• Communicate with stakeholders on topics affecting business and engineering teams.
• Assist with yearly budget and resource planning and monthly reviews of each.

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering Discipline required.
• At least 10 years of engineering experience.
• Prior experience in the aerospace industry in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of aerospace components such as nacelles, engine build ups, or aerostructures.
• Previous experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement concepts.
