Job description
The Construction ERP Analyst supports the design, implementation, and optimization of ERP system integrations across business functions. This role ensures accurate data flow between systems, supports process standardization, and delivers insights that enhance operational efficiency and reporting capabilities. This is a full-time position that will office in Baton Rouge, LA., * Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications for ERP integrations
- Support integration of ERP systems (e.g., financials, procurement, project controls) with tools such as Primavera P6, Vista, and other enterprise platforms
- Monitor and validate data flows between systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability
- Assist in system configuration, testing, and deployment of integration solutions
- Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate resolution with IT teams and vendors
- Support change management processes related to system enhancements and upgrades
- Develop and maintain documentation for system workflows, data mappings, and integration logic
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business processes through system automation
- Generate and maintain reports and dashboards to support business and project decision-makingEnsure compliance with data governance, security, and corporate standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5 years of experience in systems analysis, ERP support, or integration roles
- Experience with ERP platforms (e.g., Vista, SAP, Oracle, or similar systems)
- Familiarity with integration tools, APIs, and data exchange methods
- Understanding of business processes such as finance, procurement, or project management
- Proficiency in Excel, or other data analysis tools preferred
- Experience working in project-based environments (e.g., construction, EPC, capital projects) preferred
- Strong problem solving, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
- Strong analytical and system-thinking mindset
- Understanding of ERP architecture and data integration concepts
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of Cashflows, Projections, Progress & Commodity S-Curves
- Fast-paced environment supporting large, complex construction projects
- Must have valid forms of identification
- Must be able to successfully complete all preemployment screening including drug testing and background check
