Job Title Senior Technical Services Tech Job Description The SE is primarily responsible for supporting the Cisco VOIP and Video infrastructure, and delivering service solutions around Cisco†s Unified Communications systems. These include Cisco Communications Manager / SRST, Unity, Cisco Unified Contact Center Express, Cisco Jabber (CUPS), Cisco Meetingplace, SIP, and Cisco Emergency Responder. Video infrastructure consists of Cisco MCU†s, Cisco Telepresense C60/40s, EX60s, SX20s, and Cisco Telepresence Management Suite. In addition, the SE will be responsible for the general LAN/WAN support as needed. Requirements: - Demonstrable level of competence including: o Networking: Cisco Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Unified Communications suite. LAN, MPLS WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, VoIP, QoS, BGP, SIP, H323, MGCP, SCCP, ISDN, & CAS - Work well with other people in the same office and as a virtual team. - Able to work independently and without supervision. - Open to travel to ABC Corp’s

Requirements

Locations worldwide as required. - Thorough understanding of the OSI network model, Ethernet, TCP/IP, and troubleshooting methodologies. - Ability to prioritize and multitask - Willingness to learn new technologies and maintain industry knowledge. - Must have excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities - Must be able to work with technical and non-technical staff at all levels. Travel Up to 25% Job Type Regular Date Required 3/17/2014 Job Requirements Experience: - Minimum 5 + years of experience in Networking LAN/WAN experience, to include 2+ years of Cisco VOIP/Unified Communications network administration - Bachelor†s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience. - Cisco CCENT, CCNA Voice/Video, CCNP Voice or equivalent certification
