Job description

Their primary role is to ensure data is accurately and efficiently imported into database systems while maintaining the integrity of the data. Cashlog entry, mailing, and other database administration support are part of their weekly tasks and goals., * Imports - ReStore: file prep Vonigo ReStore monthly files and import reStore donors in RENXT. Repetitive data entry, with weekly and monthly goals

  • Imports - Timesheets: file prep VolunteerHub weekly files and import volunteers in RENXT. Repetitive data entry, with weekly and monthly goals
  • Acknowledgments: cashlog support, entry, mailing, emailing and validation reports. Includes filing and file management.
  • Database administrative support: media uploads, gift benefits, Constant Contact email file clean-up.

Requirements

  • Must be able to successfully pass a drug test, background check, and driving record check
  • Must have a reliable internet connection
  • At least one year of experience in data entry, database administration, gift processing, or administrative support preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate and complete records.
  • Ability to perform repetitive, high volume data entry while consistently meeting weekly and monthly deadlines.
  • Experience preparing, cleaning, validating, and importing data files into database systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including organizing, reviewing, and formatting data for import.
  • Experience with Raiser’s Edge NXT (RENXT), VolunteerHub, Vonigo, or similar database systems preferred.
  • Ability to identify data discrepancies, troubleshoot import issues, and complete validation reports.
  • Strong organizational and file-management skills for maintaining electronic and physical records.
  • Ability to handle cash logs, donor information, volunteer records, and other confidential data with discretion.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recurring tasks, prioritize assignments, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with Constant Contact or similar email marketing platforms preferred but not required
