Job description

The VALiNTRY360 Salesforce Technical Architect serves as a strategic, client-facing leader responsible for designing, architecting, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions. This role combines deep technical expertise with a strong consulting mindset to guide clients through implementation, optimization, and long-term platform strategy., As part of a Salesforce Partner organization, this individual defines architectural standards, governance, and best practices while recommending optimal solutions based on business requirements. The architect is accountable for articulating trade-offs, ensuring solution quality, and leading delivery teams to successful outcomes., * Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture across client engagements, including discovery, design, and implementation

  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients, project managers, consultants, and technical teams
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions
  • Recommend optimal approaches using declarative (clicks), programmatic (code), or hybrid solutions
  • Define and enforce architectural standards, governance models, and design patterns
  • Design enterprise-level solutions including:
  • Data models and large data volume strategies
  • Identity and access management
  • System integrations and API strategies
  • Data privacy and compliance considerations
  • Lead solution design workshops, technical discussions, and executive presentations
  • Guide DevOps processes including sandbox strategy, version control, deployments, and environment management
  • Oversee development, validation, and release processes to ensure alignment with best practices
  • Provide technical leadership in estimating, planning, and resource allocation
  • Act as the final escalation point for complex technical and production issues
  • Mentor and guide development teams, ensuring high standards of technical quality
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation aligned with Salesforce platform evolution

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in IT with a focus on Salesforce architecture and consulting
  • 3+ years of experience as a Senior Salesforce Architect or Lead Consultant
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles delivering Salesforce implementations
  • Multiple Salesforce certifications (minimum 3, excluding Admin; Application/System Architect preferred)
  • Deep expertise in:
  • Salesforce platform (Flows, integrations, data modeling)
  • Enterprise architecture and system integration patterns
  • Release management and DevOps practices
  • Experience working within a Salesforce Partner or consulting organization
  • Strong understanding of large-scale implementations and multi-org strategies
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and executive stakeholders, * Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or progress toward CTA
  • Experience with integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft)
  • Industry experience in Healthcare, Financial Services, Insurance, Retail, Manufacturing, or Consumer Goods
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent Salesforce projects, * Strong consultative, client-first mindset
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on technical depth
  • Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities
  • Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts into business value
  • Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments, * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Advanced degree is a plus

Benefits & conditions

The salary range for this position is $130,000 to $155,000 per year. However, if you possess additional valuable skill sets that could benefit the enterprise, you may be eligible for higher compensation. We encourage strong technical candidates to apply without hesitation.
