Job description

Drive technical product deployment, partnering with customers to configure and integrate solutions that align with their business needs.
Deliver impactful operational training and share best practices to optimize performance through automation, API capabilities, and custom reporting.
Provide hands-on troubleshooting and configuration as an extension of the customer’s team is task force based environment
Collaborate to build clear onboarding plans with defined milestones and controls.

Requirements

Must be a United States citizen residing and working within the United States.
At least 5 years of customer-facing experience in technical consulting, systems integration, or the deployment of enterprise cybersecurity solutions.
Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with Google SecOps security platforms, API integrations, scripting/automation, and cloud infrastructure.
Google Cloud professional-level certification
Willingness and ability to travel up to 30%
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; or equivalent practical experience.
