Job description

  • Install, bring up, and validate autonomous robots at customer sites
  • Calibrate camera, LiDAR, sensor, and network systems for autonomous navigation
  • Troubleshoot Linux/ROS-based robotics systems in live field environments
  • Capture field logs, reproduce issues, and deliver clear technical findings to Korea HQ engineering
  • Support pilots, demos, acceptance tests, and maintenance; act as the technical bridge between U.S. clients and Korea HQ, * Own deployment projects end-to-end from PoC through go-live and stabilization: scope, schedule, risks, and resources
  • Work on-site with customers (facility managers, operations and security teams) to translate needs into technical requirements
  • Localize robot service scenarios for U.S. customers and contribute to US-focused product development
  • Orchestrate execution across Korea HQ R&D, U.S. field engineers, and customer stakeholders across time zones
  • Run demos, pilots, and acceptance tests; own post-deployment customer success and feed field learnings into product roadmaps

Requirements

* B.S. or M.S. in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related field * Hands-on experience with Linux and ROS/ROS2; basic Python or C++ * Practical debugging ability across hardware, sensors, networks, and software logs * Professional communication skills in English and Korean; willingness to travel to client sites * AMR/ADS, SLAM, navigation, perception, or sensor fusion experience * Robotics internship, lab, capstone, or startup project experience; field service or customer-facing experience, * 2-5 years in technical program/project management, customer success for technical products, solutions engineering, or deployment operations (backgrounds in IT/SW, mobility, smart factory/automation, and B2B solutions are all welcome) * Technical fluency to walk a customer site with engineers and translate between business needs and technical requirements * Strong documentation and collaboration-tool proficiency; ownership that moves projects forward * Business-level English; willingness to travel to customer sites and exhibitions * Korean language proficiency (day-to-day collaboration with Korea HQ) * Robotics, AI, mobility, hardware, semiconductor, or enterprise technology experience * B2B customer-facing delivery (PoC, pilot, rollout); exhibition/demo experience; driver's license
