  • Experience with Cerner, Epic, or similar EHR systems
  • Bilingual skills preferred Clinical Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and manage patients with complex cardiac arrhythmias
  • Conduct outpatient Electrophysiology evaluations
  • Pre-procedure assessments
  • Post-procedure follow-up
  • Long-term cardiac device management
  • Collaborate closely with Electrophysiologists and the cardiovascular team
  • Deliver evidence-based care across the continuum of Electrophysiology services

Requirements

  • Primarily outpatient clinic schedule
  • Occasional on-call responsibilities for urgent device or arrhythmia management
  • Procedural lab support as needed

Licenses, Certifications & Qualifications Required License

  • Current, unrestricted Arkansas APRN license (NP or CNS)

Required Education

  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited program

Required Board Certification, * Adult-Gerontology Acute Care certification preferred

Required Certifications

  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • DEA Registration or DEA Eligibility

Required Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in one of the following:
  • Cardiology
  • Cardiac ICU
  • Cardiac Step-Down
  • Electrophysiology

Preferred Qualifications

  • Electrophysiology or device clinic experience
  • Cardiac Medicine Certification (CMC) through AACN or equivalent EP credential
  • Experience with cardiac arrhythmia management
  • Device interrogation experience with one or more of the following
