Job description

The Developer builds production-grade full-stack Microsoft Cloud and Generative AI solutions across KLST customer engagements and KLST/KLoBot product workstreams.

Major responsibilities include:

Build full-stack solutions using SPFx, TypeScript, React, Angular, .NET Core Web API, Node.js, and Python.
Develop Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Online customizations and Power Platform solutions.
Integrate Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, and Google Gemini into customer applications.
Build chatbot workflows, vector searches, and RAG pipelines.
Participate in code reviews and quality-gate enforcement (SAST/DAST in Azure DevOps).
Use Anthropic Claude Code daily - KLST mandated; expected ~30% productivity gain.

Requirements

3-5 years of full-stack development experience.
TypeScript / JavaScript / React / Angular fluency.
.NET Core Web API + Node.js + Python.
Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Online / Power Platform basics.
Azure DevOps Pipelines + Git workflow.

Preferred Skills

LLM / GenAI integration experience.
MongoDB or Azure Cosmos DB.
Microsoft certifications (AZ-900, AZ-204, MS-900, PL-900).
