Senior Systems Engineer

Position Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer with strong experience in system verification, requirements development, and requirements derivation. The ideal candidate will also have experience or familiarity with Position, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) systems. In this role, the engineer will participate in the full systems engineering lifecycle, ensuring rigorous technical development, traceability, and compliance across complex system architectures.

Required Qualifications:* Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related discipline* 7+ years of experience in systems engineering or a closely related field* Demonstrated experience in requirements derivation, development, and management* Proven expertise in system verification and validation* Experience with systems engineering tools (DOORS, Cameo, or similar)* Strong communication and technical documentation skills* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams
