Information Security Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Security Program Manager to lead and coordinate enterprise Information Security initiatives for a long-term contract opportunity. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex IT programs, security initiatives, governance, risk management, and cross-functional technology teams., · Lead and coordinate multiple IT and Information Security projects aligned with organizational objectives.

· Manage initiatives across IT Helpdesk, End-User Support, Data Center Operations, Data Networking, and Cloud/XaaS environments.

· Establish program governance, decision-making processes, accountability structures, and escalation procedures.

· Develop and maintain integrated program roadmaps, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and implementation plans.

· Oversee program budgets, resource allocation, vendor management, and financial reporting.

· Identify and mitigate technical, operational, security, and organizational risks.

· Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.

· Track project deliverables, risks, issues, action items, and overall program progress.

· Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and status updates.

· Proven experience as a Senior IT Program Manager leading large-scale IT or Information Security programs.

· Strong background in Information Security, IT Infrastructure, or Enterprise Technology initiatives.

· Experience managing IT Helpdesk, Data Center, Networking, Cloud, or Security-related projects.

· Expertise in program governance, budgeting, scheduling, vendor management, and risk management.

· Familiarity with project/program management tools, collaboration platforms, and reporting dashboards.

· Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience working in Higher Education environments.

· PMP, PgMP, CISSP, CISM, or related certifications are a plus.
