Skills Required:

• Hands-on experience with CAMEO (or similar MBSE tools) for modeling
• Requirements traceability (tools such as DOORS, Jama, or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of systems engineering lifecycle processes

Salary: our team represents a breadth of experience which correlates to a salary range of $110,000 to $290,000 a year.

As these programs mature, there is a strong emphasis on establishing more disciplined Systems Engineering processes, expanding Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), and improving requirements management, interface definition, and technical integration across multiple programs.
