Developer, Salesforce Agentforce

A significant part of this role involves developing and deploying complex AI and Large Language Model (LLM) based agentic agents and automated workflows, built using Salesforce’s emerging platform capabilities. The role will be embedded in a high-performing agile Salesforce team, collaborating closely with your scrum team and business stakeholders to deliver intelligent, scalable agentic agent solutions., 1. Drive business outcomes through hands-on implementation of AI solutions; design, develop, and deploy autonomous agentic solutions using Salesforce Agentforce and related AI frameworks.

1. Dive deep into the Agentforce Agents capabilities, build, test, and implement bespoke agentic agents to drive precise business outcomes.
2. Build and optimize Data integrations, Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow automations to ensure always ready, optimized and secure support for agentic workflows.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into intelligent agentic solutions.
4. Contribute to the agentic solution lifecycle from initial design through development, testing and final deployment.
5. Ensure scalability, security, and maintainability of agentic solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of overall development experience. 2+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development role.
• Strong background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
• Proficiency developing on the Salesforce platform using one or more: Agentforce, Apex, LWC, Flow, Visualforce, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Python and or C #.
• Understanding of Salesforce’s AI capabilities including Agentforce, Einstein, Prompt Builder.
• Requires Certified Platform Administrator certification or Certified Platform Developer.
• Requires Certified Agentforce Specialist.

Salary This position has a base salary range of $96,000 - 144,000 USD Annual. This range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience and time in the role.
