DevOps Specialist

As a DevOps tools Specialist, you will be working closely with Software Development and Operations teams by managing the platform that they use daily for builds and deployments., * Support for administration, troubleshooting, configuration, installation, deployment, maintenance, upgrades on On-premises and Cloud Infrastructure.

• Provide day-to-day operational support including responding to incidents, troubleshooting, and executing corrective action.
• Interact with development teams to support deployments, rollbacks, application verification, Smoke Tests, and production tasks as necessary
• Coordinate with a different teams and support groups to resolve issues with the Software, applications, Operating System (Linux/Windows) and Cloud Services.
• Maintain various DevOps related tools and scripts on various environments (dev, test, pre-prod, prod) on on-premises & Red Hat cloud infrastructure.
• Provide weekly status to management (Internal and Client)

• 3+ years of hands-on administration experience managing Jenkins (CI), Github, Artifactory, Sonarqube, XLR/XLD technologies on AWS environment is required

• hands-on experience in upgrading above products

• Experience in assisting application or DevOps team in Troubleshooting build or deploy issues

• Experience working within an Agile Environment
