Senior Product Manager - 24/7 USD Instant Settlement Network

Insight Global is hiring for a client who is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, design, and execution of their 24/7 USD instant settlement network. This role will own core payment infrastructure that enables real-time, programmable settlement across digital asset markets and fiat systems.

This person will bridge traditional banking rails with high-throughput digital asset infrastructure, ensuring seamless, compliant, and scalable settlement capabilities for institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy for real-time USD settlement infrastructure

• Lead design and delivery of ledger architecture, clearing, and settlement systems

• Partner with engineering, treasury, risk, and compliance to support 24/7 operations

• Optimize liquidity management and collateral workflows in continuous markets

• Align product capabilities with institutional trading and exchange workflows

• Ensure regulatory alignment across payment, AML/BSA, and digital asset frameworks

• 5+ years of product management experience in digital asset firms, commercial banking, prime brokerage, or trading platforms

• Proven track record delivering financial infrastructure products

• Tokenization & Asset Representation: Experience with tokenized deposits, stablecoins, or RWAs, including smart contract design

• Trading & Market Structure: Knowledge of exchange operations, clearing flows, and atomic settlement mechanics

• Settlement Systems: Deep expertise in RTGS systems, ledger design, and payment rails (e.g., Fedwire, CHIPS)

• Liquidity & Treasury: Strong understanding of intraday liquidity and collateral optimization in 24/7 environments

• Regulatory & Compliance: Working knowledge of BSA/AML/OFAC and digital asset regulatory frameworks * Experience building institutional-scale settlement or payments infrastructure

• Familiarity with stablecoin networks or programmable payment systems
