NET Developer Job Opening Edison New Jersey

The .NET Developer will be integrating the company’s software into the Edison, New Jersey location by utilizing C# and a TMS package. This position will be a part of a cohesive information technology team. The .NET Developer will need to help maintain the company’s database and logistics applications. The .NET Developer will not have any direct reports, but will be responsible for managing the website while working out of Edison, New Jersey., * The .NET Developer must utilize C# in order to improve and update the website’s database while working out of the Edison, New Jersey site.

• This role will need to work with the company’s IT team and figure out different ways to optimize the organization’s website, databases, and applications.
• The position must utilize creativity and software knowledge in order to innovate how the company’s technology utilizes logistics web-based applications.
• The .NET Developer must maintain intricate and massive applications that are used to process web orders and other functions.
• The position will not require any travel outside of Edison, New Jersey.
• The role will fulfill any other technology-related jobs as assigned.

• A 4-year Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) from an accredited university is required for this position, preferably in the computer science or information technology fields.
• A Master’s Degree in computer science or information technology is a plus for this role.
• Ability to navigate through several pages of web applications.
• Demonstrated experience accomplishing multiple tasks at once, as the position will require the management of several objectives and projects.
• Experience working in both collaborative and autonomous environments.
• Expertise in C# programming language, as well as T-SQL and LinQ.
• Expertise in ASP.net development is essential for this Edison job.
• Working knowledge of SQL, VBA, web services, and legacy applications.
• Familiarity with the logistics industry and its applications are beneficial for this job.
• At least 5 years of job experience supporting massive web applications.
