Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) who will report to the CIO and drive successful execution of technical projects across Phillip Capital Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate across diverse on and offshore teams, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope., * Program Management: Plan, execute, and oversee complex technical projects from concept to completion while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of programs.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while proactively resolving issues to maintain program momentum.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the central point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on program status, key milestones, and outcomes.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine program management practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Resource Allocation: Manage and optimize resources, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation, including program roadmaps, status reports, and technical specifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- 3+ years proven experience as a Technical Program Manager, Project Manager, or in a similar role, preferably in a financial services or FinTech environment.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), system architecture, and technical concepts.
- Experience leveraging AI capabilities within project management tools and building dashboards to improve project visibility, status reporting, forecasting, and decision-making.
- Proficiency in program management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to convey complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Technical certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master certifications) preferred.
