- 10+ years of UX/product design experience, including leadership at the principal or staff level \n
- Proven ability to lead senior-level, cross-functional workshops and drive alignment on strategic initiatives \n
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influence skills, with a track record of operating effectively without direct authority \n
- Demonstrated ability to bring clarity and direction to complex, ambiguous (“gray”) problem spaces \n
- Portfolio reflecting measurable business impact and strategic contributions to product outcomes \n
- Deep expertise in interaction design, systems thinking, and rapid prototyping \n
- Proficiency with modern design and collaboration tools (e.g., Figma, Miro) \n
- Willingness to travel to Coopersburg, PA at key points in the product cycle (minimum once per week) \n

This role sits upstream of traditional design, focusing on structuring ambiguous problems, driving alignment, and enabling better product decisions. \n \n This role requires proven consensus management, the ability to work through gray, ambiguous problem spaces, and excellent stakeholder management across product, engineering, and business functions.\n \n \nResponsibilities\n \n \nStrategic Facilitation & Alignment \n \n \n
- Facilitate design thinking workshops with cross-functional senior stakeholders to drive alignment and accelerate decision-making \n
- Translate abstract strategies into clear, testable product directions through rapid prototyping and visualization \n
- Lead teams through ambiguity, structuring complex, problem spaces into actionable plans \n
- Drive consensus across diverse stakeholders, aligning business, product, and technical perspectives \n
- Create durable artifacts (frameworks, vision concepts, decision tools) that guide downstream execution \n

- Define and drive end-to-end experience strategy across multiple products \n
- Ensure design quality and coherence from concept through delivery \n
- Partner closely with research and engineering to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints \n
- Contribute to and scale design systems and UX standards \n

- Mentor and coach designers, elevating strategic thinking and facilitation skills \n
