Job description

  • Design and layout PCB schematics and assemblies using Altium Designer.
  • Translate product requirements into detailed electrical specifications.
  • Create 3D models for enclosures and integrated systems in collaboration with mechanical engineers.
  • Work closely with firmware, mechanical, and production teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Support prototyping, testing, and optimization of electronic assemblies.
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure manufacturability and smooth handover to production.
  • Participate actively in design reviews and continuous improvement projects.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant certification and regulatory standards.

Requirements

We’re looking for a (Junior) Hardware Engineer with a solid electronics background and experience in Altium Designer. If you’ve worked on a variety of electronic products, from embedded systems to complex assemblies, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

In this role, you’ll contribute to the design, development, and optimization of electronic circuits and assemblies for cutting-edge electronic and gas detection products. Prior experience with our products is not required, if you have a strong foundation in electronics engineering and a passion for technology, we’ll train you on everything you need to know., * A technical degree (MBO+ / HBO) in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

  • Hands-on experience with Altium Designer (PCB design and layout).
  • Practical, problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.
  • Strong communication skills in English (Dutch not required).
