Artificial Intelligence SQL Databases Low-code

Job description

As an Operations Specialist, you’re the engine behind a sharper, smarter operation. You dig into how the work actually flows from a customer design to production, from purchasing to the box that goes out the door and you make it better, faster and more scalable. You work across every team and tackle the bottlenecks others leave untouched.

This isn’t a role where you babysit a process and nothing more. You build: workflows, automations, AI solutions and the dashboards we steer by. You get a lot of freedom, a lot of impact, and a direct line to the people doing the work.

What you’ll do

  • Map processes across design, customer success, purchasing, production, logistics and warehouse and improve them
  • Lead improvement projects from analysis to implementation, and make the results measurable
  • Design and roll out automations and AI applications (together with tech) to take away manual work
  • Turn data into insight: where’s the delay, the error, the cost and what do we do about it
  • Work closely with team leads to make sure improvements actually land on the floor

Requirements

  • Around 2 5 years of experience in operations, process improvement, supply chain, consulting or a similar analytical role
  • Sharp with data, and you love figuring out how things really work
  • Hands-on: you get things done rather than just thinking about them
  • Curious about automation and AI, and you pick up new tools effortlessly
  • You thrive in an informal, fast-moving environment and work just as easily with a warehouse colleague as with a developer, Nice to have: experience in e-commerce, production, logistics or fulfilment; knowledge of lean or another improvement methodology; experience with low-code, automation tools, SQL or AI agents.

Benefits & conditions

A role with real impact from day one, plenty of autonomy, and room to grow as fast as you can handle. A young, ambitious team that moves quickly and loves the craft. Competitive pay, a great workplace in Rotterdam and flexibility.

Why Monday Merch?

  • Frontier Access: Work with the latest AI models (GPT, Claude) and the resources to actually deploy them.
  • High Impact: We are a LinkedIn Top 10 Startup (2025). You won’t be a small cog in a big machine; your work will change how we grow.
  • The Setup: Brand new MacBook, supersize external screen, and noise-cancelling headphones.
  • The Culture: A fun, international team in the heart of Rotterdam. Free lunch, yearly workations, and 23 paid days off.
  • Mentorship: Work directly with founders who have a track record of building and scaling successful companies.
