Senior Software Engineer - Python, Bash, Linux

We’re looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join an established engineering team developing secure software solutions for high-profile customers.

Working across multiple projects, you’ll play a key role throughout the software lifecycle -from development and technical design through to DevOps, mentoring and customer support.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing and developing software using Python
• Working within Linux environments
• Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Writing automation using Bash
• Working with Infrastructure as Code
• Containerising applications using Docker and Kubernetes
• Participating in Agile ceremonies
• Producing technical documentation
• Supporting production environments
• Mentoring junior engineers
• Collaborating across engineering teams on a variety of secure software projects

• Commercial Python development experience
• Linux administration and development
• Bash scripting
• Agile software development
• 3+ years’ commercial software engineering experience

• Security Cleared environments
