data scientists, helping them to elevate the overall capability of the team around you. 8+ years of expertise in the fields of data science and machine learning Expert-level Python programming with a focus on implementing diverse statistical and ML techniques Deep theoretical foundation in statistics, experimental design, and advanced modelling Proven track record of deploying end-to-end data science solutions into production Leadership and mentorship capabilities to elevate team performance and technical quality High-level communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration Cloud and modern tooling experience (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is highly regarded Industry experience in finance or insurance is a plus, but not a requirement #J-18808-Ljbffr
