Job description

We’re partnering with a top 10 firm to find a Senior Delivery Coordinator for their in-house Tax Technology team - a high-visibility, national role where your “client” is the whole Tax team, nationwide. Our client is a fast-growing firm with ambitions to become the premium adviser to the middle market, globally. Their Tax Technology team is small but growing, with exciting projects ahead - a rare chance to join early and help shape delivery practices as the team scales. About the Role This hands-on role sits in a small, fast-moving team, combining delivery management, coordination and active problem-solving. You’ll turn priorities into clear, coordinated delivery across multiple workstreams, giving end-to-end visibility of progress, risks, dependencies and blockers. Working closely with delivery owners and stakeholders, you’ll maintain momentum, resolve issues, and support Agile practices where relevant. You’ll make an impact by:

  • Turning strategic priorities into clear, trackable delivery plans
  • Maintaining real-time visibility of progress, risks, dependencies and blockers
  • Actively removing delivery impediments and maintaining momentum across workstreams
  • Enabling delivery owners through strong coordination and support
  • Providing insight that enables effective prioritisation at Director level

Requirements

  • Experience in delivery, project or programme management within technology or digital transformation environments in professional services
  • Experience operating across multiple teams in complex delivery environments
  • Strong ability to bring structure and execution discipline to fast-moving portfolios
  • Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders, with the ability to constructively challenge
  • Strong understanding of RAID management, dependency tracking and delivery governance
  • Excellent communication, reporting and attention to detail
  • Experience using tools such as Jira, Monday.com or Confluence
  • Experience supporting Agile teams, or acting as Scrum Master / Agile facilitator

Standout experience:

  • Delivering AI, automation or digital transformation work
  • Professional services or complex advisory background
  • Improving delivery flow, transparency or governance in multi-team environments
  • Practical knowledge of Agile frameworks (PSM/CSM preferred)
  • Acting as a connector across teams, removing friction and enabling delivery flow
