Requirements

Provide a point of escalation and support for the Desktop Support Group as well as systems engineers. Monitor Windows Server 2016-2025 (Logic Monitor) servers and troubleshoot problems Knowledge of SCCM as Windows 11 and Servers patching tool Knowledge of Patch My PC with SCCM and InTune Enforce change management and compliance processes Work as a technical engineer on assigned projects Knowledge of Microsoft InTune for management of cloud native laptops Scripting with PowerShell Nice to have: Support, maintain and administer third party applications including Microsoft Cloud products (O365, Azure, Teams). Support and maintain VMware VDI Horizon desktop environments with flash storage.
