Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer with deep expertise in TypeScript and Playwright to join a high-performing engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned automation professional who enjoys building scalable test frameworks, driving quality initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.

If you’re passionate about automation, quality engineering, and modern testing practices, we’d love to hear from you., * Design and develop scalable automation frameworks using Playwright and TypeScript.

  • Build reusable, maintainable automated test scripts for end-to-end and integration testing.
  • Drive automation best practices, coding standards, and framework design across engineering teams.
  • Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Buildkite, Spinnaker, or similar.
  • Collaborate with developers, DevOps engineers, and product teams to improve software quality.
  • Troubleshoot complex automation and integration challenges across multiple applications.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and advocate for quality throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Maintain test coverage, execution reports, and quality metrics.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of overall QA/Test Automation experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript and Playwright.
  • Extensive experience in UI Test Automation.
  • Solid understanding of browser automation, testing principles, and modern web technologies.
  • Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong experience with Git and version control best practices.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment during GMT (London) business hours.
