Job description

To support operational reporting by collecting, analysing, and maintaining accurate data. The role involves monitoring system activity, producing reports, comparing operational performance against planned targets, and presenting information in clear spreadsheet formats., * Collect and record data relating to employee log-on and log-off times.

  • Compare planned routing times with actual completion times and identify any variances.
  • Compile, maintain, and update spreadsheets to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Generate and distribute reports using Crystal Reports.
  • Analyse operational data and highlight trends or discrepancies.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting systems.
  • Support managers by providing timely and accurate performance information.
  • Maintain organised records and documentation for audit and reference purposes.
  • Liaise with operational teams to resolve data queries where required.

Requirements

Our client is open to applications from graduates interested in pursuing a career a data analytical role, and experienced Data Analysts or those with commercial experience of working in a data analytical role., * Experience using Microsoft Excel, including formulas, sorting, filtering, and data manipulation.

  • Experience using Crystal Reports to generate and extract reports.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work with large volumes of data.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Desirable

  • Previous experience in a data administration, reporting, or operational support role.
  • Knowledge of routing, scheduling, or logistics performance reporting.
  • Experience working with databases or business reporting systems.
