Full Stack Engineer

Software Developer | C# .NET, React & AzureRemote (1 day onsite per quarter)Salary Range | £45,000 - £55,000 Harrington Starr is working with an innovative fintech software company seeking a Software Developer to join its growing technology team. This role offers the opportunity to build and enhance a modern SaaS platform used by financial institutions to automate complex data reconciliation, reporting, and operational processes. Working within a collaborative engineering environment, you’ll contribute across the full software development lifecycle while gaining exposure to modern cloud technologies and scalable application architecture. What you’ll be doing:* Designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions across both front-end and back-end systems* Building scalable applications using C#, .NET, React, and Microsoft Azure* Collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful features* Developing and consuming APIs while working with modern database technologies* Contributing to technical discussions, planning sessions, and solution design* Writing clean, maintainable code and participating in code reviews* Helping improve platform performance, scalability, and development practices

What we’re looking for:* Commercial software development experience with C# and modern .NET* Experience building front-end applications using React* Knowledge of databases, APIs, and modern web application architecture* Exposure to cloud platforms, ideally Microsoft Azure* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail* A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively within a team environment* A desire to learn, develop, and contribute to a growing technology function
