Technical Solutions Architect

• Significant experience as a Technical Architect, Solution Architect, Infrastructure Architect or similar\r\n
• Proven experience designing enterprise-scale solutions across cloud, infrastructure and applications\r\n
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365\r\n
• Experience designing secure, resilient and highly available enterprise solutions\r\n
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, networking, infrastructure, cybersecurity and systems integration\r\n
• Experience delivering digital transformation and M&A technology integration projects\r\n
• Experience designing AI-enabled solutions, including Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform or similar technologies\r\n
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions\r\n
• Excellent analytical, documentation and problem-solving skills\r\n

• Design end-to-end technical solutions across infrastructure, cloud, applications, integration, data and security\r\n
• Produce High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs) and technical documentation\r\n
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, resilient and aligned with enterprise architecture standards\r\n
• Work closely with the Enterprise Architect to deliver target-state architecture\r\n
• Support Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 cloud transformation initiatives\r\n
• Design integration architectures, APIs and data flows between enterprise systems\r\n
• Lead technical design for M&A activities, including due diligence, integration and migration planning\r\n
• Design AI-enabled solutions, including Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform and automation technologies\r\n
• Participate in Technical Design Authority (TDA) and Architecture Review Boards, providing governance and technical assurance\r\n
• Identify architectural risks, technical debt and continuous improvement opportunities\r\n
• Ensure solutions comply with cybersecurity standards and operational best practice\r\n
