central data team works in close collaboration with both internal stakeholders and external partners, creating a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.The RoleAs Lead Business Intelligence Analyst, you will act as the technical authority for Tableau and take ownership of BI standards across the organisation. You will focus on improving the scalability, performance, and governance of the existing BI environment while supporting a major cloud migration programme.Key responsibilities include:Leading end-to-end Tableau development across Desktop, Prep, and CloudDefining and enforcing best practice for dashboard design, data modelling, and performance optimisationOwning BI governance frameworks, including data quality and reporting standardsSupporting and enabling business users to develop self-service analytics capabilityWriting and optimising complex SQL across cloud and on-premise environmentsActing as the escalation point for complex BI and data-related issuesCollaborating with

Requirements
