Job description
The Grants and Technology Associate (GTA) will work across the Foundation supporting the grantmaking lifecycle and ensuring that relevant technologies are enhancing those processes., Committed to learning and assessing their impact, the Foundation’s funding priorities and strategies have and will continue to evolve over time. The GTA will play a pivotal role in maintaining the operational backbone that allows this work to happen. In close partnership with other team members, the GTA will maintain grant records, monitor workflows, and serve as the Foundation’s link to their outsourced IT consultant. The GTA is responsible for overseeing the integrity of data that enables strategic and administrative planning and evaluation. They will collaborate with and support grantees and colleagues with comprehensive technical assistance and a responsive service orientation.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be an excellent project manager with experience using databases as a tool for effective operations and knowledge management. They will have strong proficiency with A/V equipment and office technology and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
