Configuration Manager

• Configuration Management baselines & repositories: support maintenance/monitoring/reporting on CM baselines; maintain CM libraries; maintain CM databases; validate source code and executables in CM repositories.
• Configuration Management audits & reviews: perform CM audits; lead document reviews using approved CM processes/tools; coordinate reviews for vendor deliverables; track status.
• Access coordination: support access to baselines for O&M organizations; monitor development contractors’ CM activities
• Maintains CM baselines and repositories.
• Conducts CM audits and document reviews.
• Tracks configuration changes and approvals.
• Must have the ability to communicate accurate information

Required:

• Secret Clearance.
• DoD 8140/DCWF qualification + relevant CE certification required

Desired:

• Experience applying CM discipline across both documentation and code/config artifacts.
• Familiarity with change control and baseline governance in a DoD program environment.
• Experience supporting DoD.
• CMPIC (CMII), ITIL Foundation (process control), tool-specific admin credentials desired, Physical DemandsEmployee needs to be able to sit at a workstation for extended periods; use hand(s) to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Most positions require ability to work on desktop or laptop computer for extended periods of time reading, reviewing/analyzing information, and providing recommendations, summaries and/or reports in written format. Must be able to effectively communicate with others verbally and in writing. Employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight, typically less than 20 pounds. Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
