The Los Angeles SAP Analyst will serve on the implementation team for the implementation of the SAP system and the restructuring of the company’s processes. The SAP Analyst will work closely with consultants and company personnel to ensure the adoption of SAP goes as smoothly as possible. The SAP analyst will work with company personnel to identify important areas of concern for the implementation., * The Los Angeles SAP Analyst will serve as a major part of the SAP implementation project over the multi-year rollout, regularly interfacing with both the implementation consultants and company personnel.

• Assist with the development of functional specifications for the implementation project.
• Oversee the resolution of order to cash issues and assist personnel with necessary support once the system is live.
• The Los Angeles SAP Analyst will take part in the development of the entire system lifecycle including design, configuration, testing, documentation, training, and support.
• Search for and identify business related problems in the system, as well as develop solutions.
• Work closely with company personnel to gather information in order to anticipate problems with the system and how it interacts with the business.
• Assist other members of the SAP implementation staff with tasks as necessary and as directed.

• A four year degree from an accredited university in the field of information systems, business, or computer science.
• A minimum of three years of experience working closely with SAP as well as one full implementation cycle.
• SAP SD configuration experience is necessary, Hybris/Vistex experience is preferred.
• Data migration and interfaces experience is also preferable.
• Strong writing skills, able to explain progress in project reports.
• Strong verbal communication skills to communicate with personnel on the needs of the project.
• Able to work with little direction while meeting deadlines.
• English/Spanish Bilingual candidates strongly preferred.
