Job description

This plant plays a crucial role in producing key automotive components such as chassis, cockpit, and front-end modules. These components are essential for vehicle assembly and contribute significantly to the overall production process of Hyundai and Kia vehicles. The plant’s operations involve advanced manufacturing techniques and adhere to high-quality standards to ensure the reliability and performance of the automotive parts they produce., We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP SCM Admin with a specialization in the MM module to join IT team. As an SAP SCM Admin, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing the SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) module, with a specific focus on Materials Management (MM). Your expertise in SAP MM will play a vital role in streamlining our procurement, inventory management, and logistics processes to support our automotive parts operations., * (The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required and preferred for this position.)

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as an IT Infrastructure Admin or similar role in a corporate environment, preferably in the automotive industry.
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, protocols, and logics.
- Proficiency in implementing and managing server infrastructure, including virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Azure.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Bilingual speaker (English and Korean) is a plus., * (The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required and preferred for this position.)
Required Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as an SAP SCM Admin, with a focus on implementing and configuring the SAP MM module.
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of SAP MM module functionalities, including material master data, purchasing, inventory management, and logistics execution.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP MM module settings, including pricing, valuation, release procedures, and account determination.
- Proficiency in procurement processes, such as purchase requisitions, purchase orders, RFQs, and supplier evaluation.
- Familiarity with inventory management processes, including goods receipt, goods issue, stock transfers, and physical inventory.
- Knowledge of logistics execution processes, including inbound/outbound deliveries, transportation planning, and shipment tracking.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and propose optimal solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, business users, and external stakeholders.
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Prior experience in the automotive industry or related manufacturing sectors is a plus.
- Bilingual speaker (English and Korean) is a plus.
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:
- SAP MM module certification is highly desirable.
