Requirements

  • The employee shall possess a master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent. \n

  • The employee shall possess software development skills, experience with DoD verification and validation methodologies, and experience with agile development methodologies and the tools commonly used to support agile development practices utilizing Envision. \n

  • The employee shall have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. \n

  • The employee shall have experience with development experience in multiple coding environments such as: Windows, SASS Eg, SQL, Linux, Python, C++, Matlab, UML and SySML, and MBSE tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler. \n

  • The employee shall have experience involving systems thinking and a systems approach to problem definition and solution. \n

  • The employee shall have experience with writing technical documentation based upon customer specifications for software development. This includes Software Architecture Documents, System Design Documents, use cases, system topologies, test plans, verification and validation documentation, deployment plans, and user documentation material. \n

  • The employee shall have demonstrated experience in working in a research laboratory environment and have strong communication skills. \n

  • The employee shall have exposure to working with a team in an agile, distributed environment using common code repository and configuration management tools. \n

  • The employees shall be able to work independently, have strong attention to detail, have strong English skills, good organizational skills, initiative in performing assigned tasks, and the ability to follow-up complex projects. \n

  • The employee shall have experience with AI development, AI training, and AI capabilities assessments. \n
