Secret System Administrator

Insight Global is seeking a Systems Administrator to support and maintain Jira and Confluence environments supporting mission-critical DoD programs. Configure workflows, permissions, dashboards, reports, automation, and collaboration spaces. Manage user access and ensure compliance with cybersecurity requirements. Integrate Jira and Confluence with SharePoint and other enterprise tools. Troubleshoot application issues and provide end-user support and training. Partner with program managers and technical teams to implement scalable Agile collaboration solutions

Active Top Secret clearance

Security+ certification

3-5 years of systems administration experience

Strong Jira Administration experience, including building and configuring Jira/Confluence environments from the ground up

Experience with user access, permissions, workflows, dashboards, reporting, and automation

Experience supporting DoD environments

Strong troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills SharePoint administration experience

Microsoft Server, VMware, SAN, or backup solution experience

Scrum Master or Agile Coach experience

Experience supporting COTS and proprietary applications

Experience administering both client-side and server-side enterprise applications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field
