Wireless Deployment Engineer

As a Senior Wireless Deployment Engineer, you will serve as a go-to expert for enterprise wireless solutions, working with cutting-edge Aruba and Juniper Mist technology across some of the most demanding environments in the country, including Higher Education, Healthcare, and Department of Defense networks.

This position is remote with up to 50% travel to customer sites across the country.

What You Will Do:

• Design and deploy enterprise WLAN solutions using HPE Aruba and Juniper Mist platforms
• Architect wireless solutions tailored to unique customer and project requirements
• Audit existing networks, diagnose performance issues, and recommend improvements based on industry best practices
• Lead installation, configuration, and validation efforts in complex, high-stakes environments
• Act as an escalation point for advanced RF and wireless troubleshooting
• Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep projects on track and successful
• Maintain relevant industry certifications to stay ahead of evolving technology
• Manage timelines and deliverables in a fast-paced, dynamic setting

Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a DoD Secret / Top Secret clearance

• Bachelor’s Degree or 5-7 years of industry Experience
• Advanced understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
• Experience using wireless survey tools such as Ekahau & Hamina
• Advanced knowledge of RF concepts including RSSI, SNR, Channel Sizing, Modulation, OFDMA, WPA2/3, DFS, 802.1x, etc.
• Experience supporting campus or enterprise WLAN environments
• Experience supporting 802.1x environments using Aruba ClearPass
• PKI Knowledge
