Daily Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end customer deployments from discovery through launch and iteration
  • Travel onsite to client sites to workshop workflows and gather technical requirements
  • Design and build production-grade backend systems supporting enterprise AI workflows
  • Architect and deploy cloud infrastructure on AWS using CloudFormation
  • Implement agentic AI components including LLM-powered workflows and orchestration logic
  • Integrate with enterprise systems such as ERP, TMS, and document platforms
  • Partner with internal engineering and product teams to improve reusable deployment patterns

Requirements

We’re currently seeking a Forward Deployed Software Engineer to own customer deployments from initial discovery through launch, build production-grade backend systems, and architect scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS. This role requires a strong software engineering foundation first - someone who writes clean, modular, object-oriented code and can move from whiteboarding a workflow with a client to implementing the production system behind it. Familiarity with the Agentic AI stack and experience applying AI agents to enterprise workflows are highly valued., * Python

  • AWS (Lambda, S3, SQS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, EC2)
  • AWS CloudFormation / Infrastructure-as-Code
  • SQL / Relational Databases
  • Object-Oriented Programming
  • REST API Development
  • LLM / Agentic AI Workflows

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of production-grade software engineering experience
  • BS or MS in Computer Science or related field
  • Experience with RAG, embeddings, and structured LLM outputs
  • Familiarity with React, TypeScript, Next.js, or Tailwind CSS
  • Experience integrating with enterprise platforms such as ERP, TMS, or accounting systems
  • CI/CD pipeline experience including GitHub Actions
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Self-starter with a high ownership mentality
