SAP AMS Program Manager - Netherlands

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Program Manager - AMS to lead and oversee end-to-end application support and service delivery for our enterprise clients. In this role, you will be responsible for managing large-scale AMS programs, ensuring SLAs are met, driving continuous improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality IT services. • Oversee the delivery of SAP AMS, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
• Maintain service quality and availability in adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
• Manage day-to-day operations for system reliability and collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding SAP AMS services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships through regular performance reviews and feedback collection.
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings to strengthen client partnerships.
• Identify opportunities for system improvements and enhancements to optimize client business operations.
• Recommend and implement best practices to improve service delivery, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.
• Monitor and manage team performance, providing guidance and implementing performance metrics.

• Relevant Service Delivery experience in Managed Services for SAP systems (S4HANA and/or ECC) functional and/or subject matter expertise can supplement for years of direct SDM experience
• Experience in a people management role, leadership
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Strong acumen to understand the business needs and ability to manage services in a very dynamic environment
• Knowledge and experience with SLA’s, OLA’s, and Contracts in insourced or outsourced environments.
• Good understanding of SAP ERP, functional and/or technical SAP application knowledge.
• Knowledge of industry trends, their impact on business strategies, and SAP’s strategy and service portfolio.
• Ideally have SAP S4HANA, IT Service Management, Project Management certifications
• Knowledge and experience with Agile and Lean process methodology preferred, * ITIL certification or experience in ITIL-based service management.
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager or other service management tools.
• PMP or other project management certifications.
• Familiarity with cloud-based SAP solutions (e.g., SAP Cloud Platform).
