In this Senior Embedded Software Engineer role, you’ll develop software for advanced embedded systems within a high-tech R&D environment. Your work directly contributes to the development of reliable, high-performance products through C++ and real-time software engineering. You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary Agile team where software quality, Clean Code, and continuous improvement are central. Together with architects, testers, and fellow engineers, you’ll design, implement, test, and optimize solutions running on custom hardware platforms. What you’ll be doing as a Senior Embedded Software Engineer:

  • Developing embedded software in C and C++
  • Refining software requirements and solutions
  • Implementing and unit testing embedded software
  • Developing RTOS and bare-metal software
  • Working with STM microcontrollers
  • Debugging software on embedded hardware
  • Integrating software into CI workflows
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar

  • 8+ years of embedded software development
  • Strong C and C++ programming skills
  • Experience with STM microcontrollers
  • Familiar with RTOS and bare-metal systems
  • Understanding of bootloaders (dual partition is a plus)
  • Skilled in object-oriented design and UML
  • Proficient with Git or similar tools
