Project Manager - SAP S/4HANA

As a Project Manager - SAP S/4HANA, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex digital transformation initiatives for top-tier clients, ensuring measurable business outcomes and stakeholder alignment across multiple geographies.

You will be at the forefront of large-scale S/4HANA rollouts, aligning business strategy with technology execution and driving value realization across finance, procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, and HR., * Lead global SAP S/4HANA transformation programs from design to deployment.

• Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring governance and compliance.
• Oversee financial performance, including budget planning, cost control, and corrective actions.
• Conduct maturity assessments and value-driven roadmaps with key sponsors.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

• For1-3 years of experience in program management with SAP, ideally in consulting.
• Proven track record in large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in tools like MS Project, Jira, Confluence, SAP Solution Manager; Power BI is a plus.
• Familiarity with platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, or ServiceNow.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (C1 or higher).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, organized, and results-driven mindset.
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and drive governance.
• Decisive and results-oriented, with a focus on delivering value and achieving project objectives.
