Job description
Accenture is a top company in IT and is seeking PAM Technical Specialist to be assigned to its office located in Madrid, Barcelona or MĆ”laga (Spain). The role of PAM Technical Specialist is focused on protecting client identities, providing clients with the ongoing security features to protect their privilege accesses, being free from the risk of cyber-attacks and related problems. Therefore, a comprehensive understanding of the latest threats, procedures, and facilities is essential. As a member of the Security Team, the PAM Technical Specialist will work in a collaborative environment where sharing skills and expertise is part of its DNA, cultivating a culture of security awareness, as well as participating in ongoing team education to ensure security policies for applications, environments and systems are always followed. Continuous learning is encouraged (and needed!) through our extensive training program, classroom/online courses from well-known providers and certifications. Applicants must have masterās degree in computer science, Telecommunications or Electrical Engineering or a related field and full professional proficiency in English and Spanish. Experience and/or knowledge in other fields of Information Security (Network Security, Application Security or SIEM/Infrastructure Security) is welcome. Selected candidates will take part in PAM and other Security projects in global & leading companies operating different markets and grow professionally working with specialized PAM team and our Subject Matter Experts (SME) network. Responsibilities and recurring main tasks Support the maintenance and daily operations of PAM platforms (CyberArk, Delinea, BeyondTrust, One Identity Safeguard, HashiCorp Vault, Senhasegura, Wallix Bastion, Broadcom PAM). Execute onboarding/offboarding of privileged accounts and manage vault entries. Generate operational documentation and perform compliance checks. Monitor alerts, logs, and privileged sessions for anomalies. Collaborate with senior team members in security audits and incident response. Core Skills (āMust haveā) Basic understanding of PAM concepts: least privilege, session control, credential rotation. Knowledge of networking fundamentals, Active Directory, and operating systems (Windows, Linux). Initial exposure to one or more PAM tools from leading vendors. Basic scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Python). Strong teamwork and documentation discipline.
Requirements
Experience in IT operations or identity management. Familiarity with REST APIs, automation, or integration with MFA solutions. Knowledge of cloud infrastructure or secrets management. Valuable certifications CyberArk Trustee / Defender, Delinea Associate, or equivalents from other vendors (BeyondTrust Certified Technical Professional, One Identity Foundations). CompTIA Security+, Microsoft or Linux certifications.
