Data Architect

Are you a seasoned Data Architect with a passion for building robust and scalable data infrastructures? I’m looking for an expert to define and scale my client’s data strategy, ensuring compliance, governance, and security across their data platforms., * Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy aligned with company goals and regulatory requirements.

• Create and maintain a technology roadmap for our data infrastructure.
• Design and implement event-driven architectures for real-time data processing.
• Develop relational and non-relational data solutions that are high-performing and scalable.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and data science teams to optimize data workflows.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all platforms.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance our data capabilities.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the engineering team.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in data architecture or a related role.
• Expertise in data governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong knowledge of relational (e.g., MSSQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (e.g., NoSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka, Azure Event-Hubs, AWS Kinesis).
• Proficiency in large-scale data warehousing, ETL platforms, and cloud environments (Azure preferred).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
