Job description
- Playing a key role in designing, implementing, maintaining, and optimising our IT infrastructure to ensure security, scalability, and reliability across our enterprise environment
- Managing and supporting the full O365 suite (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.)
- Administering and securing Microsoft Entra (Azure AD), including Conditional Access, Identity Governance, and SSO integrations
- Implementing and maintaining Intune, Defender for Endpoint, and M365 compliance/security policies
- Driving tenant configuration, license management, and service monitoring
- Participating in infrastructure-related projects from design to deployment
- Developing and maintaining documentation, standards, and best practices
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in infrastructure engineering or in a similar role
- Good knowledge of Microsoft O365 and Entra (Azure AD)
- Working knowledge of Cisco enterprise networking
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Strong documentation and communication abilities
- Ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor junior team members
- Proven track record in securing and optimizing complex IT environments
