Are you a naturally curious Data Analyst who enjoys turning complex data into meaningful business insights?We’re recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join a growing data team within a well-established, multi-site organisation. This is a newly created position driven by continued growth and increasing demand for data-led decision making across the business.You’ll play a key role in helping stakeholders understand performance, identify opportunities, and make informed commercial decisions through data, reporting, and visualisation.Unfortunately, we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship The Opportunity Working closely with senior business leaders, you’ll be responsible for gathering, analysing and presenting data that drives operational improvements and business growth. You’ll have the autonomy to shape reporting processes, develop insightful dashboards and help embed a stronger data culture across the organisation.This role would suit someone who enjoys balancing technical analysis with stakeholder engagement and can translate data into actionable recommendations.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse, interrogate and interpret complex datasets from multiple sourcesDevelop and maintain Power BI dashboards and management reportsWrite and optimise SQL queries to extract meaningful business intelligencePresent trends, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders across the businessSupport directors and managers in understanding performance metricsIdentify opportunities to improve processes, efficiencies, and reporting capabilitiesPromote best practices in data management, reporting, and analysisDeliver training and guidance to help users become more self-sufficient with data tools

Requirements

You’ll be a calm, logical thinker who enjoys solving problems and uncovering insights from data. You’ll have excellent attention to detail and be comfortable working autonomously whilst collaborating with teams across the business.Essential Skills & ExperienceMinimum 2 years’ experience in a Data Analyst or similar analytical roleAdvanced knowledge of SQL and Power BIProven experience producing reports, dashboards, and visualisationsStrong data manipulation and analysis skillsAbility to translate complex data into clear business recommendationsCommercial awareness and understanding of business operationsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong focus on data accuracy, integrity, and security DesirableDegree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
