Product Owner - Development Technology

But behind every flawless customer experience and beautiful bathroom order is a high-performing operational backbone-and that’s where you come in., As our Product Owner, you’ll be the bridge between our business visionaries and our brilliant engineering teams. You won’t just be managing a backlog; you’ll own the end-to-end delivery of the technology driving our order processing, customer service systems, fulfilment integrations, and automated workflows across multiple brands. In this role, you will:

• Own the Pipeline: Build, groom, and prioritise a high-impact roadmap that balances tech complexity, business value, and delivery capacity.

• Bridge the Gap: Translate complex operational needs into crisp epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria that our development teams can run with.

• Iterate & Elevate: Lead discovery workshops, analyse existing processes, and set clear success metrics-making data-driven calls on whether to scale, iterate, or flush an initiative.

• Collaborate Across the Stack: Work hand-in-hand with our CTO, Software Architects, Engineering, and QA teams to ship scalable, robust solutions., If you’re pragmatic, delivery-focused, and ready to engineer the tech that keeps our business flowing smoothly, we’d love to hear from you.

• Proven Track Record: Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager delivering business-critical software solutions.

• Sharp BA Skills: A natural curiosity for process mapping, eliciting requirements, and turning messy business problems into clean, actionable stories.

• Agile Fluency: Hands-on experience delivering in Scrum or Kanban environments.

• Full-Stack Understanding: Comfortable working across both front-end applications and back-end service integrations.

• Stakeholder Master: Brilliant communication skills-able to talk tech with developers and business value with leadership seamlessly.

Bonus Points (Desirable):

• Background in eCommerce, retail, or logistics.

• Experience with Azure DevOps, APIs, and systems integrations.

• A good eye for operational KPIs and reporting metrics.
